Vanessa, the founder of Zenith Yoga Studio, discovered her passion for yoga and holistic wellness through a transformative personal journey. Combining 7 years of experience in yoga and wellness, she brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as both a dedicated yoga instructor and a passionate holistic health coach. Through a holistic approach that integrates yoga, mindfulness, and healthy living practices, she guides her students toward achieving balance, vitality, and inner peace.
